Bahlactus (n). (bə-LAK-təs). 1. A streetwise, urban anomaly in the comic book universe. 2. A phenomenon which devours all things Comics. 3. A Comics Entity with a compelling vibe charged with raising aesthetic awareness to the next level. 4. Every. Goddamn. Third. Monday. In. February. 5.Earth tastes a lot like cupcakes.

I’ve got that issue!
I think it was one of many I got at a bookstore in Texas several years, ago. I paid about nine bucks for a long-box o’ comics. That ish was among them.
I’m so proud of that moment.

I’ve always loved T’Challa. I’m not really feeling the look they have for him now with the cape and claws. This is premo, vintage Black Panther! What up Bahlactus??? Sorry been missin’ for a few, but I’m back!

West, $9 short ones and you claim a treasure like gold! It’s those small moments in life like that we all need to appreciate!
Cage, what da dew witcha, boi?!? I’m glad everything is straight with you! As far as the Panthers look now..I prefer the black lined gloves/boots, the basic outfit and the ’short’ cape, with the satchel bag. The claws and such are a lil’ overcooked for me. The old outfit still hangs tough!

I mentioned it last time, but this is one of the issues that I have. And add me to the list of those that liked the older outfits like this more than the crazy claw ones. I can’t choose between the short cape and no cape modes, though. Mucn respect on the cover selections here!
